This Scottish folk-like piece features a solo recorder and harpsichord accompaniment, although a piano played lightly would fit the mood just as well. The piece itself is simple in nature and was written with amateurs in mind. Besides that, the piece features a bouncing melody in the recorder and contains some modern harmonies with the harpsichord accompaniment.
