The Knights' Creed

The medieval knights' code of chivalry included courage, community, and wisdom, and in this composition each of these ideals is symbolized with its own melody. The percussion provides the framework as the melodies are stated individually, then in pairs, and ultimately all together in a triumphant conclusion. An ideal high-energy concert opener or festival piece that showcases all sections of the band.
