The Opining Oboe

Performance Notes The Opining Oboe is a Grade II solo intended for a student in the 2nd year of lessons. The soloist may perform either the Oboe 1 part or the Oboe 2 part which is somewhat easier. The piano doubles both parts. If a duet is desired, both Oboe 1 and Oboe 2 may be performed by two players. Measures 19 through 25 provide an optional rest if endurance is an issue with young performers. Thank you for choosing this composition.
