A pairing of the carol "Lo How a Rose" with an original setting of the medieval text, "There is No Rose of Such Virtue." Directors can choose to do this piece with or without the singing of "Lo How a Rose," and simply start at measure 27. To keep with the Celtic theme, it is set to the Scottish tune "Tha mi tinn leis a'Ghaol" (translated as "The Languor of Love.") These extra pieces can help directors fill out a full Celtic service, choosing whichever pieces speak to them and arranging them as they see fit in their own presentations.
