The Silvas

This is an homage to the great trees and forests of Northern California, Oregon and Washington. It's great grade 3 concert band piece for your students to explore various styles, tempos, chords, and colors. Your percussionists will like to be challenged through coordinating various instruments and techniques. This would work well for a concert opener.
