The Sound of Music

Winning five Tony Awards in 1960, The Sound of Music tied for best musical with Jerry Bock's Fiorello!. This recording of songs from The Sound of Music features Rodgers Hammerstein songs from both the original stage show and the subsequent film.

There are 32 tracks on this album: Tracks 1-16 contain the background tracks and guide vocals; tracks 17-32 contain the accompaniment tracks alone.  This album is a re-recording in the original show key and show tempo.
