The Steel Mill

This programmatic work depicts the sounds of an early steel mill. Carefully written so it can be performed in the first year of instruction, it uses only the first notes learned in most band methods. Young players get the experience of performing a mature-sounding concert work with reasonable technical demands and fun special effects.
