The Storms of Time

Ternary form: slow-fast-slow. Slow sections are lyrical and thinly scored, fast sections very rhythmic with much mixed irregular meter. Several exposed solos for flute, clarinet, bassoon and especially alto sax, plus short ones for oboe and trumpet.
