This is a nice ballad in the musical theatre genre. It is reflective, as a person who looks at his life and resolves to live it better, at first wishing to go back to when he/she was thirteen, and remarking how they would be different. It can work with a high school student, young adult, or person 50+. It is very singable and meaningful. This was cowritten with a friend of mine, William Martinez, who also recorded the song. This would work well with youth workshops, college level, and adult level of solo singing.
