Three Hymns of Rejoicing for Organ

Rejoice! Rejoice, Believers; Rejoice, the Lord Is King! and Rejoice, Ye Pure in Heart give this collection its name. Each has its own unique style and all are festive and celebratory in character. From the fugal-type passages in DARWALL'S 148TH to the more march-like setting of LLANGLOFFAN, the creative attributes of Powell's compositional technique are on display.
