Three Silent Nights

A combination of three favorites for the holiday season: All Through the Night starts out with energy before the tempo slows down, the key modulates, and the meter changes for the meditative Silent Night, which crescendos gradually into the lyrical O Holy Night for a dramatic conclusion. First violins, cellos, and basses will encounter some shifting, while all players get to work on a variety of finger patterns. A beautiful medley for a night of winter music!
