Timbuktu

Beginning with a pulsating Afro rhythm that continues throughout the chart, Timbuktu is influenced by tribal rhythms and features an open solo section and a written trumpet solo. Chords are written into all the wind parts to allow for open soloing by any player, or you can simply play the chart as written and find a great groove! Instrumentation flexibility is a key highlight of this chart. It can be played with 4, 5 or 6 winds and rhythm section, and additional parts are included so it can be played with virtually any combination of winds.
