Trinidad Tidings

In this steel band version, a number of the most famous holiday melodies are arranged in a soca style. Joy to the World; Deck the Halls; Ode to Joy and the Hallelujah Chorus are all brilliantly mashed up to form one cohesive and groovy piece. This arrangement includes drum set and auxiliary percussion parts. These help form the "engine room," an essential part of any steel band ensemble, where all of the unpitched instruments help impart an authentic calypso feel.
