Two Bobobo Songs

From the Ewe people of southeast Ghana, bobobo are recreational songs performed at celebrations and festivals. Two such songs (Duma Nya Me and Joy Like a River) are combined in this a cappella medley designed for two-part singers of all ages. Notated percussion sample rhythms, clapping ostinato patterns, suggested movement, and a translation and pronunciation guide are all provided in the octavo.
