Typhon

Depicting the terror of the giant serpentine monster of Greek mythology, this work uses swirling sixteenth notes, huge divisi impacts, sharp rhythms, and even contrasting soft and legato sections to bring out the full range of emotions one might feel coming face to face with this mythological beast.
