Veteran Journeys opera was developed under a grant from the California Arts Council. The opera is based on themes from research interviews of Veterans and family members, and stories of the composer’s family members who served in the military. The development of the opera has approval from the Human Subjects Review Board of The RAND Corporation for use of the interviews from the Partners in Care study.
