Waltz Italiano

This is an original light composition. As it moves along at a steady pace in three-quarter meter, the music is quite ethnic sounding and reminiscent of many of the famous waltzes from Italy. This work has beautiful melodies, uses basic harmony and simple rhythms. The various sections alternate between the keys of g minor and G Major several times throughout the composition, which keeps the music interesting. Waltz Italiano would be ideal for an ethnic themed concert or as a nice addition to a performance where something lighter is needed or desired.
