We Can Beat the Storm

Intended as a blueprint for choral creativity, this original work combines the declamatory words of Louise Phillips' poem against a backdrop of direct vocal delivery like the classic American folk songs. It can be adapted for almost any treble choir in either unison, two, or three parts, with body percussion options and a piano accompaniment that can be used if desired.
