Mostly light winds, the calm of the ocean, the clean air, and light winds almost seems that the ocean is whispering to us! This piece is set in 4/4 time and concert B flat Major. There are several opportunities for the winds to play with expression (dynamics and slurs). Percussion also has parts for everyone. You may double parts as you see fit for your band!
