Will You Hold Me in the Light

From their collection Walk in Peace, Sally Ann Morris and Adam Tice give us another arresting a cappella work for SATB choir. The original hymn tune ASSEMBLY, by Morris, is beautifully augmented by striking harmonic textures that create an imploring and mysterious quality that complements Tice's passionate entreaty, "Will you hold me in the light of God?"
