A joyous melody with some quite challenging short passages. Originally written for solo piano by the composer, but now arranged by the composer for clarinet and piano. Most useful as an out-of-the-box selection for a recital or for an informal performance, but open-minded audjudicators might enjoy this at a festival as a welcome change of pace.
