The Star-Spangled Banner

This new arrangement of our National Anthem gets back to basic, as its form and structure are strikingly similar to the original D.O.D. military band versions from the early 20th century. Set in the key of concert B-flat, it is easily attainable by most middle or high school concert bands. Snare drum features a part that is vastly different from the standard unmeasured roll utilized in most versions previously. A trumpet solo is included with a beautiful brass chorale in the middle section, before the powerful close with a heroic fanfare!
