Favorite carols are combined in this masterful arrangement with creatively woven melodies and quick-changing rhythms. Beginning with an optional layered processional featuring Here We Come A-Caroling and Masters In This Hall accompanied by hand drum, the piece then segues to the featured setting which begins with "great energy" as the malleted bass moves between 6/8 and 3/4 time with the occasional 2/4, 4/4, and 7/8 adding interest. Treble bells are mostly rung and carry the majority of the interwoven melodies. There are snippets of at least six carols so it is perfect for audience-participation in "name that tune!" What a great piece to include in your concerts!
