Icon A cappella Publisher Desc.  This SATB a cappella setting accents the exhilarating , celebratory, and gracious nature of the Native American Zuni culture. Traditionally, while the Zuni women ground the corn on flat stones called metates, it was customary for them to sing while performing their chores. On occasions where the harvest was plenty, women would invite their neighbors to help with the grinding, turning the chore into a celebration of friendship.
