A Moment of Buoyancy

This beautifully crafted original work begins with a gentle and mysterious legato section as the solo introduces hints of melody followed by introduction of a gently syncopated rhythm. The fully developed melody is featured in the piano with the soloist ringing a lyrical accompaniment. A very nice interplay with ongoing legato eighth note passages moving smoothly to C-major then back to F-major continues to the final section where both pianist and soloist are fully integrated in the exciting and dynamic ending!
