Set at around 96 bpm, here's another winner to follow the success of the composer's Barbeque Wings and Barbeque Sauce! Based on slightly altered blues changes, a funky introduction sets up this great chart but strays occasionally with some creative transitional material. The open solo section features solo space with cued backgrounds and an optional flute part is included. A really hot big band funk chart!
