This Ellington-style ballad is what big band music is all about. It features a wide array of potential solos with featured solo parts included for alto sax, tenor sax, flugelhorn, bass trombone, and guitar. All at about 76 bpm, it features a straight eighth feel with a brief contrasting section in swing style. Optional parts are included for flute, clarinet, horn in F and tuba.
