Beyond the Horizon

This 'tone poem' (mood sequence) is a series of musical themes describing a quest for peace: anticipation, a vision, apprehension or angst, grandeur, reflection, returning to the vision and ultimately, resolution and peace prevailing. These sections flow seamlessly from one to the next and are identified in the score. Totalling 100 measures, this is a very creative work which contains lovely melody lines. An optional percussion score will further enhance this work. It is easily rung by a solid Level 3 group and is appropriate for both worship and concert.
