Breath of God

Level 2+. This meditative work is based on the hymn tune Trentham, which, in some hymnals, sets the hymn Breathe on me, breath of God. It is an expansion of the typical 12-bell piece in several ways: It uses 14 bells instead of 12 (requiring a ringer or two to take on an extra bell, or needing an extra ringer); it requires the C5D5 ringer to move to the Handchime solo, thus raising the difficulty level of the work (an extra ringer would, again, make things easier); the work may be played by handbells and chimes alone, or with the optional piano part that supports and complements the bells and chimes.
