The composition CHANGE YOUR MIND? was written for my middle school beginning band students, as an instructional aide to assist them while they were learning their first notes, as well as the eighth note rhythms in their band method book. It is my hope that CHANGE YOUR MIND? will provide students with a song that they will enjoy learning to play, and provide other music educators with a teaching tool that can be used to motivate and encourage their students. CHANGE YOUR MIND? is dedicated to the Madison County Central School Bands, Madison, Florida.
