Chasing Shadows

This beautiful original work begins with a dynamic and lush introduction that leads to a lovely and haunting melody supported by rich harmonies, including many seconds. Excitement builds with the melody on chimes, the addition of LV lines and low bass foundation moving to an allegro section in 7/8 that features malleted rhythmic accompaniment, shakes, and mart-lifts, all leading to the dynamic and very exciting ending. This is a wonderful work for your group to explore their full range of expression and musicianship.
