Emergence

Sometimes in our lives, it can feel as though we're drowning in a sea of uncertainty and stress, unable to help ourselves. When this happens, many people shut down and become trapped inside their mind. Identity is a key factor to the sense of belonging we yearn for as humans. It helps to separate us from other animals on the planet, as each and every one of us has our own unique voice, insight, mind, heart, and soul. But in order to find our identities, we have to find our way through that sea of uncertainty. We have to emerge from the depths to find our true selves. For those of you reading/hearing this that are still stuck in the sea, just remember that there is always a reason to fight. A reason to push through. A reason to keep going. A reason to live.
