This original setting, useful as the beginning of a concert or prelude to worship, has a lovely and memorable melody that is rung alternately in both treble and bass. Rhythmic challenges involve triplets over two beats, and gentle syncopation which occurs throughout the score. The addition of notes malleted on the table, TD, RT, echoes and tower swing add texture and visual interest.
