Give-and-Take

Young performers play a conversation between the hands sharing themes of the two cyclic sections. The shifting melody alludes to the give-and-take of how friends spend time together. Like close friends that can finish each others sentences, the melody of the A section becomes further fragmented as it quickly passes between the hands.
