Halloween Tidbits

If the Run Away Ghost, Foggy Shadows, Scary Footsteps, possibly from the Dancin’ Trolls or the Monster March, do not provide pianists and audiences alike with Freaky Frights then maybe a Goblin Gathering and their Goblin Parade will. This collection is full of Pumpkin Pizzaz as the Jack-O-Lantern Jig will have the Boppin’ Bats moving to the sounds of Ghostly Chimes. A variety of encounters await the late elementary pianist in the thirteen solos of Halloween Tidbits. Key signatures include C major, A minor, E minor, D dorian, D major, B minor, Bb major, G minor, and C minor. While most solos are in 4/4 time signature, Freaky Frights move between 4/4 and 5/4 and the Jack-O-Lantern Jig is in 6/8. Included in this collection are a few solos for one hand. Ghostly Chimes for RH has several tempo changes while Dancin’ Trolls for LH features a couple of sixteenth and grace notes.
