Understated, straight-ahead swing a la Dave Brubeck meets traditional English Christmas carol. There's mostly full-ensemble playing with a brief, written trumpet solo, cued for trombone. Features drums played with brushes and optional bells. The brass create some great color with muted playing. The top trumpet note is G5. A charming addition to your holiday library.
