Little Jesus, Sweetly Sleep

This gentle, sweet tune is based on a traditional Czechoslovakian carol which includes equally sweet lyrics. The opening rhythm represents gentle rocking and supports the lovely, lyrical melody. Handchimes (three octaves) take the melody in the middle verse. Malleted bass notes will need gentle treatment to convey the lullaby. Techniques include rings, LV, echos, table mallets, and mallet lifts, all to be played gently.
