Lunacity

Lunacity is a happy shuffle, and you won't be able to listen to it without tapping your toe and smiling! It opens with a Count Basie-style piano solo before the ensemble sets up the trombone and tenor sax melody at the 148 bpm tempo. Solo changes are provided for tenor and bari saxes along with trombone. An a cappella ensemble section follows the soloists and sets up a roaring shout section when the rhythm section returns. Brass ranges: trumpet to written high C, and trombone to G. Highly recommended!
