The piece reaches an intense climax in the coda which leads to a chorale-like section marked "like a prayer" finishing with the plagal cadence known as the "Amen" cadence. The two major 7th chords at the cadence create a solemn and peaceful mood at the end. Meditation is suitable for weddings, anniversaries, religious celebrations and concerts as well.
