Mosaic: Folk Songs of Canada

Chosen by the Handbells Musicians of Canada as their selection for the 19th International Handbell Symposium in 2020/2021, this piece features five Canadian folk songs: Flunky Jim; Feller from Fortune; Red River Valley; Ho Ho Watanay; and Vive la Canadienne. Each of these unique tunes has been creatively arranged into this engaging collection. (Lyrics to these folk songs is included.) A variety of techniques plus the addition of wood block, large hand drum, and spoons makes this a fun and interesting work for everyone – Canadian or not!
