On Gilead Hill

On Gilead Hill is a collection of 10 short organ pieces that I composed in my first two years as the new music director and organist at Gilead Congregational Church in Hebron, CT. These pieces are intended to be used in church service as preludes, postludes, offertories, or communion meditations. Two of the pieces are completely original, while the other eight use preexisting hymn or folk tunes as the inspiration for the music.
