Phase Dance

Set in a genre all its own, Phase Dance is a Latin/fusion-style chart with exciting ensemble passages that light up the tune, rich harmonies that add tremendous depth, and exciting rhythms that propel this chart forward. There is solo space for trombone and piano, and the rhythm parts are almost entirely written. Originally recorded on the first Pat Metheny Group album in 1978 titled Pat Metheny Group, this chart represents the birth of a new era and will add great variety, interest, and excitement to any concert program!
