A version of the Piano and Other Percussion (full ensemble), this version has just four players. Three movements of fun music in a rhythmic and harmonic Jazz-style. 1. Jazzy is fast, with bongos, temple blocks, vibraphone, piano; 2. SlowDown changes the mood to dreamy and restful with vibraphone, piano short cadenza, and replacing the conga for marimba; 3. RunAway is very fast with virtuosic piano (a fun show-off piece!), continuing with vibraphone, marimba, bass. The double bass adds a connecting-legato aspect to the percussion. Mp3 is from computer notation; Video is from live performance (with some liberties taken.) Full Score is legal-landscape layout; Parts are letter-portrait layout.
