Portrait For FLute and String Orchestra

This lovely three and one half minute impressionistic piece for flute and strings was written in 1978 for Jo and Toni Birdsey. Daughters of the well known Bermudian artist Alfred Birdsey, the ladies are both accomplished painters and musicians. The Mr. Hazzard had many wonderful visits to Bermuda, all of which included great conversation with all three artists and their families.
