Salut d'Amour Op. 12 for solo violoncello and string orchestra/quintet.
It was originally composed by Edward Elgar and published in 1888, for violin and piano. It was dedicated 'Carice' (Carole Alice Roberts) , whom he married in 1890.
Parts for Violoncello Solo, Violins 1 and 2, Viola, Violoncello, Double Bass. Extra parts for Violin 3 (viola part) and Violoncello 2 (double bass part). Orchestra parts are AB grade 4/5 level, solo violoncello part AB grade 5+.
