Tuba Tutor

Tuba Tutor, by Scott Roeder, is collection of etudes for tuba based on the most popular repertoire for this particular instrument. The repertoire for this guide is arranged alphabetically by composer, and the solos are presented separately by chapter for easy reference. The text for each piece is divided into six sections, providing a wide array of information such as publishers, range, time signatures, and learning outcomes. The Appendix contains full bibliographic information about the repertoire presented as well as a discography of available tuba recordings for each piece. In addition to written text, each piece within this book contains training etudes. These short etudes are designed to help students begin the preparation process when learning a new solo.
