Two Heads Are Better Than One is an imaginative, easy-swingin' bluesy chart for developing jazz bands. Each of the two melodic heads makes its own statement, but the magic happens when they play simultaneously! There's a nice sax section soli, and then breaks with drum fills before solo chords are provided for all instruments. Important... because all your students will want to solo on these accessible chords. Supplemental parts are provided for clarinet, flute and French horn. The rhythm parts are fully notated and the written ranges are G5 for trumpet and F4 from trombone.
