Visions of Spain

Visions of Spain is a unique, fiery Latin program that will take your listeners on a fast-paced and action-packed journey through some of Spain's most famous and scenic locations. In the first movement, The Cave of Altamira, explore one of Spain's most famous cave systems with this ominous, yet energetic show opener that drives from start to finish. Then, enjoy the beautiful wind harmonies and delicate accent writing for front ensemble in the second movement, Granada, portraying one of the country's most beautiful sites, the Alhambra. Finally, close out your program with the third movement, Corrida de Toros, tell the tale of the infamous bullfight! The closer includes a driving percussion feature and brass solis that will put the crowd on their feet!
