This original composition may serve as a processional to a worship service of music or a concert. After the choir sings the introduction from the entrance of the sanctuary or concert hall, they then process forward as the soloist, who stands in the choir loft or on the stage, sings the solo. After the choir is in place, the selection finishes with the "Amen." The recording is a live concert, so extraneous sounds are present when the soloist enters the stage and then later with the choirs and director enters. The words sung by the choir are from the first published edition of the work. The current printed music is the second edition, hence, the words are somewhat different.
