Patrick Liebergen has taken a chorus from Handel's opera Deidamia and set to it three different texts (one for Advent, one for Christmas, and one for Easter (making this anthem useable almost anytime of the church year! The work is scored for a Unison Choir or Soloist, singing antiphonally with a four-part choir. "Antiphonal Celebration Song" is most effective if the two groups can be divided spatially within the sanctuary.
